How to Upload your Presentation
Step 1: Please enter your name in the "Who are the files from?" input field.

In the field marked "Write a Comment", please include your company name, phone number, and email address for confirmation of submission.
Step 2: Under "Choose file(s):", please click on a browse button, locate the file you wish to upload, then click "Open".

For multiple file submissions, please repeat this process with the extra browse lines. (One file per line)

Please make sure to send special fonts and media files.

For presentations, make sure the file extension is either .ppt or .pps for correct playback.

Required submission file name:

First Initial_Last Name_Date of talk_Short title_Program number

(e.g. N_Yang_Feb5th09_Heart rate monitor_###.pps)
Step 3:
 
Note: After "Upload File" button is chosen, a progress bar will appear at the bottom of the page.
Do not close the browser window during the upload as we will not recieve it unless the upload is completed.
A completion page will notify you of a successful upload.

A final confirmation will come from Glastonbury one week prior to the event.    

Side note: Presentation time is limited, and untested presentations may not be accepted.
Unworking presentations will result in no visual presentation.

Completely tested backups should be brought on a Compact Disc or Flash drive to the presentation.
Allow time to review your presentation with the technicians so corrections may be made.
